§ 15.36.270. Cuts.

Cut slopes shall be no steeper than two (2) horizontal to one vertical two-to-one (2:1), excepting only that grading of the coastal bluff from the Segunda Deshecha Canada crossing to Camino San Clemente may be permitted at a slope no steeper than one point five (1.5) horizontal to one (1.0) vertical one point five-to-one (1.5:1) and at a minimum factor of safety of one point five (1.5) with approval of the City Engineer.
