§ 15.48.040. Exemptions.

  • The following types of new development shall be exempted from the requirements of this chapter:

    A.

    New development which is beyond the driving time standards established by this chapter in a location for which the City has no plan to provide additional services which would satisfy the requirement herein;

    B.

    Improvement, alteration, remodeling or repair of existing structures;

    C.

    Fourplexes or lesser-numbered multiple dwellings on a single lot existing as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter;

    D.

    Single-family residential units on a single lot existing as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
